Lingo, at its core is a platform for organizing, managing, and distributing digital assets. Over the past few years, we’ve introduced powerful new features like Portals, AI-enhanced search, a Figma integration, and the Library. Now, we’re updating our pricing to better reflect the value Lingo provides — and to ensure that all customers, not just those on higher tiers, can access our most essential features.
Every plan in Lingo's new pricing starts with a simple platform fee and a price per editor. This provides access to the core of the Lingo platform which includes:
Every customer is also getting access to public kits and portals. This means every customer will have the ability to distribute their assets in the way that best fits their needs - either privately using Lingo's permission system or publicly using public kits and portals.
This structure ensures that every Lingo customer, big or small, has access to the features needed to build, manage and share their digital asset libraries.
In addition to the platform fee and per editor pricing, Lingo's new model includes customizable add-ons for resources that can vary greatly from one customer to another - this ensures you're only paying for what you need. These customizable resources are:
Every plan automatically comes with included quantities for each of these resources, which means most customers won’t need to purchase additional capacity. However, for teams with higher demands—whether it’s more consumers accessing your assets, expanded storage needs, or extensive use of direct links—our new plans give you the flexibility to scale without changing plans or unnecessary costs.
Starting May 1st, 2025, we will begin to transition all existing customers to our new pricing model. To preview your new pricing and to see when your next renewal is, select the Billing tab in the left rail of Lingo's web app.
Before the new pricing goes into effect, you'll want to make sure to review who has edit access since there is now a per seat charge for editors in in the new model. You can see all the editors in your workspace by going to your users page. If you remove editors, you'll see this change reflected on your preview billing page.
If you have any questions or need help preparing for the transition, our team is here to support you. To contact us please email info@lingoapp.com or use our in product chat and we'll be happy to help.
Thanks,
The Lingo Team
