Lingo is the source of truth for anyone in your organization to get the images, logos, color palettes, and fonts they need. But when it comes to digital products, many components need to built in code. Translating a design into code not only takes time, it leaves room for details to get lost.
We are happy to announce that you can now add code snippets to Lingo!
Keeping code and visual assets in Lingo means it can truly be the single source of truth for digital product teams, ensuring that nothing is lost in translation.
To add a Code Snippet simply drag the “Code” icon from the insert panel and drop it in the gallery, once added you can paste in your code. When you finish editing the code it will automatically be highlighted. You can also manually choose a language by clicking the dropdown next to the “Copy” button.
Code snippets are available to all Lingo customers using the latest version of Lingo’s Mac app.
As always we’d love to hear what you think!
