For many brands, fonts are a critical component of their visual identity. Because of this, customers have told us not being able to change Lingo's font leaves their Lingo library looking "off brand" and "un-official". Today we're excited to announce you'll be able to make your Lingo library look and feel more on brand by choosing a custom font for your Lingo workspace. Custom fonts are available today to all customers in Lingo's Enterprise tier.
To apply a custom font to your workspace open the Theme Editor on the Settings page and scroll down to the font section. There you'll be able to choose from a pre-selected list of fonts. If you don't see the font you want to use please contact us and we can upload a custom font of your choosing.
Once you choose a font it will apply to all text in the web app. This includes the most important touch points of your space: your Home Page and Kits. For example, the title and description of the header or headings and paragraphs in your Kits. This also applies to your Brand Portal, so your space will always look on-brand to anyone viewing it. Custom fonts do not apply to the mac app.
We hope custom fonts help you make your asset libraries feel more on brand and official. As always, we’re open to feedback so send it our way if you have any!
Take care,
The Lingo Team
